What is Homogeneous tiles ? they are among the strongest floor materials commercially available.
Made of special clay and tiling materials, they are subjected to firing temperature exceeding 1500-degree centigrade.
This process ensures strength and water-tightness of the resulting product. They are also called full-body porcelain tiles,
or unglazed porcelain tiles, because their colours go all the way from the surface through the entire thickness of the tiles.
If the exposed surface of these materials chips or wears off, it will not show as much as it does in glazed tiles. Thus,
these tiles are often used for the longer term because they are highly unlikely to warp after years of use.
